Here at Transform You we use exercise and nutrition as a foundation for improving mental health. This innovative practice is currently only available by a select few of the nation’s clinical mental health professionals. An evidenced-based, non-traditional approach that combines psychotherapy and movement/exercise (yes, exercising…) in our office. Clients come dressed to be active during their sessions whether that be physical exercise, walk-and-talk therapy, cardio, and/or yoga. During the client’s session the power of movement is essential in treating their mental health. Our office is unique in that it offers a private gym studio for strength training, cardio equipment, meditation/yoga area, and has easy access to nature walking trails. The focus is to challenge and strengthen your mental and physical capabilities with the ultimate goal being to Transform You.
